近日,19岁大学生(小李)凌晨上厕所时,突感左侧肢体无力、无法活动,被老师和室友紧急送到襄阳市中医医院急诊科。经检查,小李右侧大脑中血管闭塞。治疗团队立即实施机械取栓术,成功将堵塞血管的血栓完整取出。

血栓取出后,小李瘫痪的肢体即刻能够抬起。目前小李生命体征稳定,正在恢复中。
襄阳市中医医院脑病科副主任医师任浩表示,脑卒中是一种以脑部缺血及出血性损伤症状为主要临床表现的疾病,又称脑中风或脑血管意外,具有极高的病死率和致残率。近年来年轻人发生卒中的病例呈明显增加趋势,除个体基础疾病控制不当外,年轻人熬夜、久坐不运动、吸烟、饮酒及高油高盐的外卖、烧烤等诸多不良生活习惯等也在加速卒中风险。
据了解,小李平时并没有高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病,但发病前长期作息紊乱、频繁熬夜,并偏爱外卖及油炸食品,这些不良习惯可能是卒中发病的原因。
医生提醒,中风并非“老年病”,预防脑卒中要从生活细节做起避免熬夜,规律作息,保证每日7-8小时睡眠;戒烟戒酒,减少高盐、高脂食物摄入,多补充膳食纤维和优质蛋白;每周至少进行3次有氧运动,如慢跑、游泳等;定期体检,监测血压、血糖、血脂等,尤其有家族病史者需提高警惕。
